Classic Bruschetta

The easiest, simplest, quickest, and certainly the most delicious Italian appetizer is Bruschetta. It is Italian toast topped with tomatoes, garlic, basil, and olive oil. I’ve compiled a step-by-step video guide to making bruschetta below! Enjoy!

Here’s a text version of the recipe:

Classic Bruschetta

bruschetta.

Ingredients: baguette, 2 tomatoes, two garlic cloves, salt and pepper, fresh basil, and a cup of extra virgin olive oil.

Step 1: cut the baguette into thick slices

Step 2:  dice the tomatoes

Step 3: place slices onto baking tray & toast until golden brown

Step 4: rub the garlic cloves on the pieces of toasted bread

Step 5: top with tomato, salt and pepper to taste, basil, and drizzle extra virgin olive oil onto the bread.

Step 6: Enjoy!
